  Dr. Hausman and his hygienists are the best I have ever experienced. They are very conservative, and always take the path of "wait and see" if a dental problem is not urgent. They are upbeat and supportive. If going to the dentist could be a pleasurable experience, they get as close as humanly possible.

  Dr. H is the best. I used to hate going to the dentist but Dr. H and his staff make the experience really comfortable. The office is very welcoming and even though you only see them about twice a year they do a great job remembering you and making you feel special.

  I am very unhappy with the way I was treated. I came into the office without an appointment to see if I could be seen because I was in pain. A man at the desk, I am assuming the Dentist himself, scolded me and explained he doesn't see patients if they just walk in! I explained I was new to the area and did not have a current dentist but I was in a lot of pain. He told me that this was not how his office worked they were not a walk in clinic. I sat down to try to find another office to try and overheard him talking to a woman and saying I probably had Mass Health. I pay for all of my doctor appointments myself. I do not have insurance and I have spent thousands of dollars on implants and crowns. I have no idea who this man thinks he is or who he thought I was but I would not nor will I recommend anyone go there for anything!
